Reports that the actress Gong Seung Yeon is dating her former co-star Son Ho Jun have been refuted by the firm representing her publicist.
MyDaily, a Korean news outlet, stated on March 16 that Son Ho Jun and Gong Seung Yeon, who had first met each other when they acted together in the popular drama “The First Responders,” have been dating for the past two years.
Following a question on the report, the agency that represents Son Ho Jun, Think Entertainment, answered by saying, “We are currently checking [whether it is true].”
Varo Entertainment, the agency representing Gong Seung Yeon, responded to the accusations by informing OSEN, “After checking, it is not true that she is dating Son Ho Jun.” This statement was made shortly after the rumors were spread. “[The rumors] are completely unfounded,” the agency underscored in a subsequent phone contact with News1, which was conducted separately.
