Joo Ji Hoon plays the role of Woo Chae Woon, a former officer turned guard who deliberately approaches Yoon Ja Yoo (Han Hyo Joo), the CEO of the genetic engineering company BF, which ushers in a new era of artificially created flesh in the year 2025. The plot thickens in Blood Free, a suspenseful thriller. They are both caught up in a web of mysterious happenings that culminates in a death.
